So wouldn't it be great if he joined the judging panel for American Idol?
According to TMZ this could actually happen, and he's been in talks to get involved with the next series. Sources told the website that the big cheeses over at American Idol have been in touch with him, but "He's on the fence" as he's not sure it's his thing.
Well, it could be, for the right price, but that would be a salary which would "at least match Mariah [Carey]'s salary". Which is a very diva-worthy sum of $18 million per year!
It's also rumoured that Nicki Minaj is going to be on the panel, and if there is a fourth judge for this upcoming series, the role is going to either Kanye, Nicole Kidman's husband Keith Urban, Enrique Iglesias or a bloke called Brad Paisley.
