Someone has to pay for all Suri’s shoes and Tom Cruise is going to be the one to foot the bill (sorry), as Katie Holmes will receive 400,000 dollars in child support every year from the superstar.
As we reported on Tuesday, the pair’s divorce has been finalised and although most details have been kept under wraps, the figure Tom will pay Katie every year has been disclosed.
We have to say the famous couple’s divorce has been swift and uncomplicated (at least in public) compared with the messy, argumentative endings to other Hollywood marriages (Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries anyone?) and both Tom and Katie have maintained what is best known as a ‘dignified silence’ on the matter.

According to TMZ, the figure Katie will get (described as ‘modest’ in comparison to the Top Gun star’s $250 million fortune) equates to $33,333 a month and it’s to go towards Suri’s care.
Tom will also be eligible to pay for expenses like insurance, medical treatments and education until her 18th birthday.
In the deal Katie, who has legal custody and ‘primary residential custody’ of six-year-old Suri, won’t get any spousal support from her ex-husband.
The 33-year-old actress filed for divorce from Tom Cruise, 50, in June this year after six years of marriage, citing 'irreconcilable differences.'
At the time it was said Tom ‘blindsided’ by the divorce papers – but had already taken steps to protect his Hollywood fortune with a loop hole-free prenuptial agreement.
