In a K-tastic story, Kim Kardashian is telling friends that she is not only looking for a divorce so she can marry new beau Kanye West. Following her blink-and-you’ll miss it marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries, Kim is now embroiled in what looks to be shaping up as a messy divorce.
According to TMZ, friends say that she’s really in bits about it: “Kris is the first person I ever had to break up with and that f***ed with my emotions.
"He told our producers he would destroy my career and me if the show wasn’t edited right.”

Yikes! Kris’s people say he’s convinced that the marriage was a fraud, and claims that she was secretly seeing Kanye while they were together. Kris is arguing that Kim only married him for the publicity the wedding generated.
The entire thing, including a special episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians allegedly earned Kim a whopping $18 million. This means Kanye has to go to court to answer questions about him and Kim.
However, according to MailOnline, Kim’s lawyer says Kim’s already had to pay out $250,000 in legal fees, that Kris will have to reimburse if he fails in his quest to have the marriage annulled.
Kris might blab
If the marriage is found to be a fraud, and is annulled, that means that the marriage will not count, and the terms of the pre-nup that Kris signed won’t matter anymore. One of the clauses in the pre-nups stated that, upon divorce, neither Kim nor Kris are allowed to talk about the marriage.
To be brief, if things go Kris’s way, he could make a mint talking about his failed marriage to the star.

Kris tricked Kanye West into accepting his subpoena (a legal document asking him to come into court to testify) by packaging it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to him. You can just imagine how quick Kanye was to rip open what he thought was a box of free clothes!
However, Kim’s lawyer says that it is invalid because subpoenas must be delivered in person!
Kris Jenner to talk in court
Other people who’ve been issued with subpoenas include Kim’s mum Kris Jenner, and NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray, the people who make the Kardashian reality shows.
Cripes. This is the most complicated legal situation since, well, since the other week when the Jacksons went all crazy about Michael Jackson’s estate.
