It seems like the entire world has turned on Kristen Stewart after she admitted to cheating on boyfriend and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson. On the bright side, though, it looked as though Rupert Sanders - the 41-year-old who Kristen cheated on Rob with - was going to try to put things right with wife Liberty Ross.
Our insider tells us in this week's heat that the pair were "going to try and work through this", but it seems as if Liberty's having second thoughts about a reconciliation.
Though Rupert's been spotted with a wedding ring on, his wife of eight years and mother to their two children has been seen in photos obtained by TMZ not wearing her wedding ring.
The British model, who was cast by Rupert to play Kristen's mum (think about how horrible that must be) in his feature film debut, Snow White and the Huntsman, has not done anything official e.g. filing for divorce or burning all of his possessions, but she has made quite the statement by not wearing the jewellery.
Shortly after Kristen released a statement confessing that she had cheated on Rob, Rupert released a similar statement to apologise to his family.
He said: "I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family.
"My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together."
Oh dear. Let's hope they can sort something out as painlessly as possible - if it's not too late.
