Another month, another Lindsay Lohan drama. This time, she’s being questioned by the police because it is alleged that some men she took to a houseparty ended up stealing things from the host!
According to TMZ, the party took place in the Hollywood Hills on Sunday night at a lavish mansion. Lindsay had been invited, but she also brought along something of an entourage – her brother Cody, her assistant and two men who have yet to be named.
Lindsay was all ready to leave the party at noon the next day – ouch! That’s a hell of a party – but before she went, the owner noticed that some of his blinging watches and sunglasses had gone missing. He asked everyone to stay put and called the police. We imagine this was as awkward as it sounds.
Lindsay knew her rights
When the boys in blue turned up, they started asking Lindsay some questions. But if there’s one thing she’s learned from all her legal woes, it’s her basic rights when it comes to being questioning. She said to the cops: “Am I a suspect?”
After one replied “No”, she left. The owner of the house told the cops that, though he doesn’t suspect Lindsay, he thinks the men she brought along to the party stole the goods. The case is being investigated.

In brighter Lindsay Lohan news, According to The Guardian, James Franco is said to be making a film about his and Lindsay’s lives, and James Deen, the porn star who acts alongside her in upcoming film The Canyons, has said that she’s “awesome” to act with.
He told TMZ: “Working with her was awesome. She’s super professional. Super great.” “She’s a fantastic actress. I feel like I learned a lot from her.”
