We were very excited to hear that Spice Girl Geri Halliwell and the equally crazy Russell Brand were dating.
One person who either doesn’t know as much as we do, or is just playing dumb is Geri’s bandmate Mel C.
But one thing Mel knows is what a ‘cheeky little minx’ that Ginger Spice is.

When Mel C was asked about Geri and Russell – or Gussell as we like to call them – by Magic 105.4 if Geri and Russell were officially a couple she said: “I don’t know, I know they get on really well, I am sure they are just friends. I’ll have to quiz her on that one… cheeky little minx!”

It was at the recent Olympics Closing Ceremony where Geri and Russell got close, but what did Mel think of The Olympics?
“I was blown away. We did it and we did ourselves proud! The whole experience was brilliant and I think we should do something like this every year.
“It was a big deal and we knew we had to do ourselves, our fans, our families and our country proud...We were the slickest we have ever been in The Olympics as the Spice Girls!”

And Mel says she was chuffed to get the opportunity to perform with pop legend George Michael.
“I've been a huge fan of Wham! and George Michael through the years. And of course being able to perform with him at the same event and partying at his house afterwards was very, very cool!”
