TV star Melanie Sykes has got engaged to her Twitter toyboy, who she recently told the whole world gave her “the raging horn”.

Jack Cockings, 26, popped the question to Mel on her 42nd birthday earlier this week, despite the pair only being together for four months.
Mel tweeted earlier today: "To my beautiful twitter friends just want to let you know that me &Jack @bespokespartan are engaged to be married and we are very giddy xxxx"
Gushing about her sauce-bag fella, Mel said she knew it was the “real thing” as early as June, saying: “I’m extremely happy, and vice versa. He’ll come to see me and still have roofing bitumen on his hands.
“I don’t care. I’m not interested in fame. Although I’ve been out with famous men, I also dated a guy who sold motorised scooters.
“So it’s nice that Jack’s a working man. It feels like the real thing, for sure.”
Saucy tweets
That Jack just can't resist sexy tweeting Mel. Even when they're together...
The couple met on Twitter and soon started exchanging very saucy messages to each other, including mum-of-two Mel tweeting: “Jack the rabbit I need some bunny love so hop to it!! Xxx boing boing!!! Loooooool xxxxxxx.”
To which Jack replied, “Only if I can bounce into your face! Xxx.”
In another message to her boyfriend, Mel wrote: “Get off Twitter and get back in bed! Xxx’ God you are insatiable! I love it! Xxx.”
She also spoke about having “the giddiest knickers of her life.”
We’re not 100 percent sure what that means – but we’ve got an idea…
