Our Olympic favourite, Tom Daley goes to work in very little more than his pants - well, he is a diver after all - but when he went on to Jonathan Ross's show to talk about his bronze medal win, you'd have expected him to wear a suit.
Well, he did wear a suit…but quite a cheeky one. He had a collar, and cuffs, and a tie…and some pants. And that was it.
He joked about the suit: "The invite I got said smart/casual"
More seriously, he chatted about how nervous he was ahead of diving off of the 10 metre board. He said: "I get scared every time I'm up there. A 10 metre board is the height of two double decker buses and half a car, all piled up on top of each other."
He added: "It's a long way up and I get scared every time. I've hit my head twice."
Awwww. He's not a wuss, though, as can be proved by the brand new tattoo he's got on his right inner bicep.

Just like many other athletes, he got the five Olympic rings tattooed. This is no great surprise though. Firstly, he got a bronze medal and wanted to celebrate it. Secondly, he'd been given a voucher for his 18th birthday to get a tattoo done!
He recently said: "I'm playing around with a couple of ideas, but it will probably be the Olympic rings. I really want to get a tattoo of the Olympic rings. I'm thinking on my upper arm?"
And, true to his word, he got it done!
