Now that didn’t take long – Zayn Malik is back on Twitter!
The One Direction star left the social networking site earlier this week after complaining about all the hate he was receiving on the social networking site
“The reason I don't tweet as much as I use to, is because I'm sick of all the useless opinions and hate that I get daily goodbye twitter :),” he wrote on 21 August.
He then told fans that they could interact with him via One Direction’s official Twitter page,
“My fans that have something nice to say can tweet me on the One Direction account , :) x,” he added.
But today, Zayn has returned to Twitter, saying that he doesn’t want to disappoint his millions of fans who – many of whom were campaigning to get him back on the site,
“Sorry, I was getting some abuse on Twitter but I dont want to let my fans down. So I am back!! :) x.”
Since returning to Twitter, Zayn has been re-tweeting supportive messages from his fans and has thanked his followers for welcoming him back,
“And thanks for all your messages of support. I really do love all you guys, your support never ceases 2 amaze me xxx”
