Obviously it's difficult to tell, but both Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have been more down in the dumps than usual lately.
But according to Gossip Cop – and, whisper it, because their love is like a delicate butterfly, easily disturbed and prone to sulking around in soiled and old t-shirts – there could be a reconciliation on the cards.

No way
People magazine are reporting that the couple met up again last weekend, and not in that Internet way you kids all do these days. There was no Skype involved. They actually did it face-to-face.
And as a result, sources close to R–Pattz are saying they "think they could be a couple again".
Of course, it being Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, they're unlikely to stage an all-singing, all-dancing press conference to announce their tearful reunion. It took about 18 months of us metaphorically passing them notes in class saying "DO YOU LIKE HIM YES OR NO" before they even admitted they were a couple in the first place, and that's unlikely to change now should a reunion happen.
But either way fans of the Twilight series will be relieved to learn they can at least face each other and stand in the same room without it being what scientists refer to as 'majorly awk'.
Twilight
It was thought that the animosity between the two – triggered by the revelation that Kristen had an affair with married Snow White director Rupert Sanders – would make the promotional work for the final Twilight film, due out in November, kind of unworkable.
But with sources hinting that Robert has decided to forgive his girlfriend for what was a 'stupid mistake', that may no longer be the case.
And thank goodness for that. I think we can all agree what we were most worried about as fallout from all this was that the promotional work for the final Twilight film would be ruined. Phew.
