Avril Lavigne has reminded us all she’s no shrinking violet this week by stepping out with green and Pink hair, with a rather large shaved patch.
And now she’s having some out-of-the-ordinary ideas about her wedding dress.
The Complicated singer announced her engagement to fellow rocker Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger at the end of last month after only dating for six months.

Avril, who launched her own clothing line Abbey Dawn in 2008, spoke about her wedding dress ideas as she launched Abbey Dawn’s spring collection last night.
“Either it's something I'm going to design, or partner up with, collaborate with another designer.”
We are a little worried though, as the 27-year-old spoke about ripping up a number of dresses to make one mega-dress.
“It might be something that I buy a few different dresses and rip them up and put them all together and dye them.”
Eek.

Despite being a right ol’ rock chick, Avril kept her first wedding dress super simple and chic.
Avril married Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley in 2006 and wore a traditional wedding dress, despite originally wanting a ‘rock ‘n’ roll goth wedding'.

She said at the time: “I've been dreaming about my wedding day since I was a little girl. I have to wear the white dress.... People thought that I would [wear a] black wedding dress, and I would have.
“But at the same time, I was thinking about the wedding pictures, and I wanted to be in style. I didn't want to be thinking, 20 years later, 'Oh, why did I wear my hair like that?”
