Cheryl Cole has told Jonathan Ross that Girls Aloud could be performing together again before the year is out.
The Under The Sun singer is appearing on the Jonathan Ross Show tonight and is expected to make some revelations about the girl’s reunion, amongst lots of other juicy things.
What we know so far
It’s been a rumour that’s been going around the houses since the girls parted ways – but this year is the tenth anniversary of the girl band forming. It’s one of the hottest re-unions of the year, on par possibly with the Spice Girls but the ladies have been keeping everything under wraps.
However, when talking to Ross, Cheryl revealed that the rumours are almost definitely true.
“It’s ten years since we formed so we’re going to celebrate that. Very soon. It could be before Christmas.”
Let's hope it's a full blown song and dance and not just a party. Gulp.
And on Tre…
It’s not just the reunion she talks about though. Although not the most forthcoming when talking about her love life, the Geordie does let on that her and Tre Holloway and definitely very happy right now.
Jonathan: “Are you single at the moment?”
Cheryl: “Single? I have a single out right now,”
“Would you consider yourself a single girl in other ways?”
Before she can answer, an audience member heckles “have you got a boyfriend?”
We love a direct approach.
In response she said, “I am having a lot of fun right now and I’m a very happy person.”
It’s got to be love. Surely.
