Though rumours were flying around at the weekend that Heidi Klum had cheated on ex-husband Seal, Heidi has said that both of them have “moved on”.
The model released a very diplomatic statement, reading: “I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created over the years. Our separation was based on issues between the two of us.” The statement, given to American magazine People, continued: “Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children.”
The statement comes a response to the grossly-phrased allegations Seal made to TMZ on Saturday. He said that Klum, who he had been married to for seven years and has three children with, lacked “class” for dating bodyguard Martin Kristen.
When asked what he thought of photos of Heidi and Martin on holiday in Sardinia with her kids, Seal snapped: “Whilst I didn’t expect anything better form him, I would have thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated firstbefore deciding to fornicate with the help.”
OUCH!
He continued: “I guess you now all have the answer that you’ve been looking for for the past seven months.”
Seal hastily retracted his claim, getting his rep to tell Us Weekly that he didn’t mean that Heidi and Martin had got involved before their separation, but before their divorce.
“Seal would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating while they were together, but he was merely pointing out that their separation and divorce were not final and they are still legally married.”
Who knew that gave Seal licence to be an utter monster about the mum of his kids? “The help” – is he stuck in the 1960s?
