His girlfriend Sam Faiers has been the subject of a vicious attack at a nightclub, now there are suggestions that Joey Essex was punched at a bar in Burnely last Saturday night.
Eyewitnesses claim that the 22-year-old Reality TV star was “smacked” just moments after arriving at Pharaohs bar – and both Facebook and Twitter have been full of talk about the alleged incident, reports The Sun.
“He was going across the dancefloor when someone side-swiped him. He fell on the floor. Joey didn’t know what hit him,” claims one party goer at the club.
However, Joey is denying that the punch ever happened, “Joey went in the bar but is adamant he was not hit. Someone’s trying to stir things,” says his official spokes person.
How curious!

Michelle Collins reveals that psychics stopped her from quitting Coronation Street
If Michelle Collins ever does quit Coronation Street, the soap actress could get a job on Most Haunted.
Michelle has revealed that psychics stopped her quitting Corrie and that she believes she was a young girl living in Victorian times in a previous life.
Michelle credits her life coach Simon and psychic Cara with convincing her to stay on The Street after she faced criticism over her Northern accent,
“I was nervous to be joining Corrie, but consulted a dialect coach to get the accent right,” Michelle confides in Spirit & Destiny magazine.
“So when I was slated, I seriously considered walking away. But Cara and Simon gave me the confidence to stay, to defy my critics and prove myself,’ she says.
Michelle also reveals that she’s tried regression twice, “I was a young girl, living in London in Victorian times and my baby had died... The fear has gone from my life. My aura is shiny and bright.”
That’s nice, is it? Everyone wants a shiny and bright aura.
