We've heard rumblings that Justin Bieber is a devout Christian, but we didn't know just how Christian his mum is. She's so traditional, in fact, that she hasn't had sex in a whopping 16 years!
Pattie Mallette was 19 when Justin was born, and presumably continued bonking his dad until his dad left when he was 21. At that point, she vowed that she wouldn't have sex again until she was married again.
She said: "I take that vow really seriously. I remember when I made it. I wrote it down on a piece of paper and I had someone witness it. It means a lot. I made it this far. I'm not stopping now."

n a clip of Ellen DeGeneres's talkshow that's been aired ahead of the full interview, she added that she isn't even seeing anyone at the moment, so there's no end in sight to her chastity: "I told Justin I would focus on him and would wait until he was 18 before I started dating… He just turned 18."
Following this news, Ellen offered Pattie a six month subscription to Match.com. But does she really need it?
She's only 37 - prime cougar territory - and she's probably one of the most famous mums around. It all makes extra sense now, though, why she turned down Playboy's offer to strip off for their centrefold.
