Kristen Stewart is set to take her first steps on the red carpet since confessing to cheating on Robert Pattinson with Snow White director Rupert Sanders – an event now dubbed "Trampire-gate".
As part of the promotional tour of edgy new film On The Road, she’ll be at it’s premiere at the Toronto Film Festival. She’ll pose for photos, talk to press, fans and some potentially angry Twihards.
No matter what they do, she’ll have to show a brave face and put up with it, so understanably, she is having “sleepless nights” ahead of the big day.
Not only will she have to wear a smart dress and some high heels (she usually hates that, doesn’t she?) but we’re 800% certain that she’s going to be asked more questions about her ruined relationship with former co-star Rob than, say, what her character’s motivation is in the film.
So, though we’re used to seeing Kristen all scowly and moody on the red carpet, this time she’ll really mean it, because she “hasn’t been able to get a wink of sleep in the run-up to the film festival.”
Kristen's people don't want her to be asked about cheating on Rob
According to RadarOnline’s source: “Even though members of the media have been strictly told that questions about her cheating scandal are off-limits, she’s been fretting over the film’s premiere.
“She really hopes that the critics are kind to her when it comes to the reviews and they don’t judge her on her personal life.”
The source added: “On The Road is a project that’s very close to Kristen’s heart. She is a big fan of the original novel by Jack Kerouac and wants the movie to get the praise she thinks it deserves.”
We’re hardly team Kristen, but we do sort of feel sorry for her. It’s not like the red carpet is her favourite place in the world.
Or do you think she deserves all she gets?
