They're going to be sitting side-by-side on the new American Idol panel, so it's a good thing that R&B diva Mariah Carey and Hip Hop princess Nicki Minaj have buried the hatchet.
There had been reports that Mariah was unhappy with Nicki's inclusion on the panel - along with Randy Jackson and Nicole Kidman's husband Keith Urban. But she's denied that there's any animosity, saying that these types of things take a while to develop, anyway.
According to People, she said at a press conference: "How can we feud in two days? I think a feud takes a little longer."
Hardly a glowing review of her panelmate, who gushed that she is having a "wonderful" time shooting the new series.
And Randy's only got good words for the show and everyone with him on the panel, saying: "We're having fun, dude. We've been having a good time. There has been a lot of laughs."

Nicki has also said that she decided to join the show because she was such a fan. She told MTV: "I remember watching American Idol in the first season and feeling inspired."
She added: "I spoke to Jordin Sparks the other day and here she is starring in a movie and I said to her: 'I remember watching you and picking up my phone.'"
It's not the only musical talent show that's had a few line-up crises, though. Find out the line-up Simon Cowell really wanted for the UK X Factor only in this week's Heat
