Miley Cyrus has been accused of pushing a man at a party in Hollywood. She was at the event with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth when the incident was reported to have taken place.

The Disney starlet allegedly struck the man on Saturday night at the Roosevelt Hotel. It’s reported that the man in question, hit her chair accidentally before an argument erupted.
He went on to file a police report in the early hours of Sunday morning with the LAPD.
Her representative has rubbished the claims, saying, “this claim is completely false and erroneous.”
Tough times
The incident comes almost less than 24 hours after a man was arrested at her home in the city. Jason Luis Rivera was arrested outside the singer’s home after scaling the wall.
The 40-year-old entered her property baring a pair of scissors and was rumoured to be banging on the door. Rivera then went on the hide in the bushes and began to light candles as the police were called.
He was eventually restrained and claimed to be married to Cyrus before being led away.
“She’s my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years.”
We think not.
The 19-year-olds was away at the time and luckily missed the incident, where the officer described the accused as mentally unstable, “I would say delusional is a good ¬characterisation of him.”
The former Hannah Montana star is currently preparing to release her first solo album.
Rivera has been charged with burglary and trespass.
