If we had a killer bod, an angelic face, a fit husband and a lovely bouncy baby boy we’d probably find it hard to say which one was our favourite. But we’re not Miranda Kerr, who knows for sure that her 20-month-old son with actor Orlando Bloom is the “most important thing” in her life.
When asked if her life’s changed since having Flynn, the Victoria’s Secret model said that it's altered everything, mostly because she’s not flying all around the world for go-sees, shoots and fashion shows as much as she used to.: “Everything [has changed], I’d say."
"I’m not travelling as much now because I prefer to spend my time with him. It put it in a new perspective, like, he’s the most important thing. It’s amazing and I love it.”
And as well as not jumping on a Boeing jet every ten minutes, she’s using the downtime to hone her cooking skills.
Speaking to Marie Claire Australia, she said that Orlando’s enjoying her newfound culinary prowess, too: “His favourite thing at the moment is when I slow-roast the chicken.”
“So, I’ll put the chicken in the oven for like eight hours and just slow roast it in coconut oil with garlic and onion and, yeah, it’s delicious.”
As well as this, the couple have turned part of their garden into an allotment so they can eat extra-healthily.
According to The Sun’s source: “Orlando and Mirana love organic food.” “They aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and have grown enough to dish it out to pals.”
This is a tough call. On the one hand we’d love to be able to be mates with Orlando and Miranda (mostly so we could ogle Orlando and squish Flynn’s little adorable chubby face) BUT could we sit through a dinner of organic rabbit food as a trade-off?
