In the latest extract from Tulisa Contostavlos’ autobiography to be serialized in The Sun, the N-Dubz singer admits that she regrets losing her virginity so young.
“I can still count on my fingers and toes the number of guys I’ve slept with. A good percentage of those encounters happened between the ages of 14 and 17 and that felt like a lot, even at the time,” the singer recalls in her book Honest: My Story So Far.
Writing about the moment she lost her virginity to an older boy Tulisa, admits that she felt numb after having sex for the first time,

“It all started when I was 14 and began dating a good looking 17-year-old. I progressed from alcohol to weed, and Jono was the dealer who supplied me. I started hanging out with him, sitting in his car, talking and sometimes kissing,” she writes.
“After about eight months, Jono drove me to a little bed and breakfast in Kentish Town. Before I knew it we were alone in a room together. I was about to lose my virginity and, and knowing what a big deal that was.
“Jono didn’t ask me if I was ready to take that step or if I was ok with what was happening, he just went ahead and undressed me and we had sex. Afterwards I felt slightly numb,” Tulisa confesses.

The X Factor judge goes on to admit that once she lost her virginity she had no problem with sleeping with other boys,
“Once I’d lost my virginity there was no getting it back, so I saw no reason not to sleep with a guy if that’s what he wanted to do.
“I had too many boys too soon. I regret losing my innocence so early,” confesses Tulisa.
