Now we know why Rylan Clark made such a fuss on last week’s X Factor about losing his beard – because now it’s started to grow back, it’s clearly ginger.
While Rylan hasn’t exactly hidden his redheaded past – on last week’s show he revealed how unhappy he was with his looks growing up, and also revealed an awkward photo of himself as a teenager.
Rylan’s obviously been too busy to shave recently (all those trips to Whisky Mist, probably) and his beard is starting to grow back – and it’s a very different colour to his hair. Yes, we know it’s hard to take in, but Rylan’s hair isn’t naturally that black. It’s probably a lot closer to his gingery beard.

Rylan tweeted that he was dying his hair again this week – “ice white hair...!” so maybe he’ll dye his facial fluff too. Where do you even buy beard dye? And how come he doesn’t have the problem we have when we dye our hair – weird stains all over his face?
