Well, we do actually...

heat's X Factor columnist Caroline Flack recently agreed to ditch the slap, and all for a good cause - Children In Need. But she's not the only one - she also got Heidi Klum and Louise Redknapp involved.

The ladies posed for celeb snapper Rankin as part of Children In Need's Bearfaced campaign, and now women across the UK are being encouraged to get the make-up remover out and go make-up-free for one day - Friday 9 November - and get sponsored for it.

And remember, all money raised will go to BBC Children In Need. So get stuck in!

“I was honoured to be asked to support Children In Need’s BearFaced campaign. While I was apprehensive at baring all, it was a great experience. I hope everyone digs deep for this great charity.”

"There are many days where I don't want to put on make-up. I want to be loved just as me. Everyone has a view of what's pretty and what's not pretty."

"The work BBC  Children In need carry out is so vital, so I was really pleased to be involved in the Bearfaced Day campaign. Being able to encourage women to be empowered and confident is something I am so passionate about. Going Bearfaced is a really simple way to raise money for a great cause."
