Cheryl Cole has admitted in her latest autobiography that Ashley Cole's spot of underwear modelling might have put her health at risk.
The star admits that she visited a sexual health clinic for tests after allegations, more allegations and then pictures of her then-husband in slightly gaunt-looking pants were fully revealed.
Pain
And Chezza also opens up about how her initial devastation at Ashley's transgressions quickly turned to fears for her own health, describing a "sadness, physical pain, sickness and fury like I'd never experienced".
"His infidelity had been putting me at risk for a long time," said El Cheryl. Do we call her that? Let's call her that. "I had to put my mind at rest."
NOT PICTURED: Cheryl in pain. She's actually very happy here.
Swear words
And the first to let Cheryl know about Ashley's transgressions was her record company. According to the new autobiography, Cheryl: My Story, a representative from her label called to let her know the litany of affairs Ashley was guilty of, stretching all the way back to December 2007 – just over a year after they first got married.
When she confronted her husband he said he was too drunk to remember the night in question, or presumably any of the nights, or anything.
"I hope she's worth it," Cheryl screamed. "It's the end of your marriage. It's f***ed."
Cheryl and Tre met while dancing around much like this
We personally find it hard to believe Cheryl would ever say "f**ed". Imagine her little face saying it. You can't, can you? Those big brown eyes looking into yours and saying "howay man, it's all f***ed." She must have been really riled up. Anyway, things seem to be going a lot smoother with new man Tre Holloway – let's hope things continue to stay unf***ed between those two.
