In 'one of the Kardashians getting engaged' news, one of the Kardashians could be getting engaged! Not that one, though!

According to reports, Kourtney Kardashian's long-term partner Scott Disick was spotted shopping for engagement rings on Thursday, walking down a street in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a friend to roars of "about TIME" and "JEEZ Scott what TOOK YOU SO LONG" from the assembled masses.

One eyewitness told RadarOnline that the 29-year-old was deffs looking at engagement rings, for deffs.

"Scott was most definitely shopping for engagement rings," said this onlooker, "and all of them were large!"

The onlooker then said Scott was 'taking his time', which we don't think was meant to be a joke but actually came out as a joke. The couple have two children together, Mason and Penelope, so. It's taken a while to get to this stage.

"Scott and his friend looked at a whole selection of amazing rings, all diamond, all different cuts, sizes, settings – he certainly is taking his time and wants to make the right purchase," said this eyewitness, this gobby, gobby eyewitness.

Anyway, with the news that Scott Disick is shopping for an engagement ring ahead of a possible proposal to Kourtney, everybody has now instantly stopped caring about whether Kim and Kanye will get engaged. Good. Phew. Finally.

Imagine it. Kourtney and Kim Kardashian walk up towards the Eiffel Tower together, hand-in-hand. Scott Disick and Kanye West jump out of a helicopter, in unison, in matching tuxedos. Both get down on one knee. They ask. The sister's say "yes" in eerie unison. Ryan Seacrest is stood behind them all, filming it, smiling. This is exactly how the next season finale will go.
