Daniel Craig has revealed that our lovely Queen is, like we all suspected, a jolly good laugh. He revealed in an interview that she was in fact, “ incredibly game” when he spent time with her to film their Olympic spoof video.
Get her an Oscar
The Skyfall actor was speaking about the filming of the video when he let on what the monarch was like to work with. However, he admitted that his attitude at the time maybe wasn’t as chirpy as hers.
"She was fun, incredibly game. We had a short space of time and I was a bit grumpy as it was my day off and suddenly I am at the Palace with the Queen at her private chamber.”
We wouldn’t mind doing that on our day off, Daniel!

Not only was she well up for getting in on the action – the 86-year-old Corgi fan even acted off script.
"And she improvises a little bit. She was supposed to be sitting at the desk and she asked if she could write, so she pretended to write."
See. She needs some sort of accolade.
Bond girl for the day
If you’ve forgotten what the amazing film was about – the Queen was Daniel’s very own royal Bond girl for the day. Accompanying the 44-year-old to a helicopter at the palace – she then parachutes out of the aircraft with Bond in close pursuit. Obviously it wasn’t the real Queen, but in perfect choreographed timing – ‘she’ lands in the stadium, just in time to walk out to huge applause.
Hooray.
