Example has waded into the Nicki Minaj diva debate by saying that he is “not a fan” of the singer and that her music will fizzle out one day.
The rapper made the comments after the video of Nicki apparently lashing out at fellow American Idol judge, Mariah Carey was leaked online.

The 30-year-old didn’t hold back when he vented his feelings about the Super Bass singer, suggesting that her music was not in an way memorable.
"In ten years, people are going to be struggling to remember anything Minaj has done except her verse on 'Monster'."
He went to rubbish any ideas that she was in fact a superstar, stating, “I don't think you can be that much of a diva unless you've had loads of massive tunes.”
Well, there’s Starships, Pound the Alarm, Super Bass. Maybe that isn’t enough to be a diva? Maybe someone should ask Mariah? She should know by now.

It’s not the first time the Won’t Go Quietly rapper has made jibes at the singer however. Last year he reportedly had a dig at her music and made clear his, ahem, distaste for it.
“I really don't like her and I'm not a fan of her album. I don't like these people who are hyped up and then their stuff is f**king g*sh.”
A tad harsh.
But, aside from this tongue lashing he did mention that he had respect for her as “a woman who's done well for herself in the rap industry”.
We’re assuming after his latest comments, that this "respect" maybe doesn’t exist anymore.
