Forget cosmetic surgery – the best way to give your bum a lift is to get stuck into the Cha Cha, according to Kimberley Walsh.
The Girls Aloud star told heat exclusively that since joining Strictly Come Dancing she’s noticed a difference in her behind.
“My bum’s lifted slightly [since I started training],” Kimberley tells us when we got invited to go backstage at the BBC show. “I can see some liftage going on.

Despite Kimberley being happy with her firmer booty, her band mate Nicola Roberts is obsessed with her behind and won’t be best pleased if it gets any more toned.
“It could still be a little bit firmer, although I don’t think Nicola would like that,” she explains.
“I think she likes the fact that it moves. That’s what is so fascinating to her, because she has a nice little pert, firm bottom.
“Mine has a bit of movement, and I think that’s why she’s fascinated by it. She’s like, ‘Touch it! Touch it! Look at it!’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, that’s called wobbling. But if you like it, that’s fine.’
“Do you know what? I’m actually quite fine with having a larger bottom. It’s part of who I am.”

Kimberley, who’s dancing for around seven hours a day, (jeez, just thinking about dancing for that long makes us feel exhausted!) admits that she hasn’t actually lost any weight but she’s toning up nicely.
“I’m definitely not losing any weight, but I’m toning up, which is fine by me.
“I can definitely see a difference.
