Despite being named as one of the sexiest women in the world, Jessica Alba has reportedly refused to strip off in thriller sequel Sin City 2 because she’s not happy with her body after having kids.
She is said to have demanded a body double for raunchy scenes – and considering her character is a stripper, those sexy doubles will be getting a lot of screen time.
The 31-year-old actress has given birth to two children, Honor Marie and Haven Garner, since she last played erotic dancer Nancy Callahan in the adaptation of cult graphic novel Sin City.
“She was crushed when filming began and she didn’t have her original body back so she told producers she wanted a body double,” a source told Life & Style magazine.
“Her body is incredible, but for her it’s not good enough. She’s cut out carbs and does the P90X Ab Ripper twice a day, but she still isn’t happy.”
Jessica was voted FHM’s Sexiest Woman in the World in 2007, and it is reported that she has recently taken up chain smoking to try to return to her old shape.
The insider added: “She’s been chain smoking lately to keep her appetite at bay. Jessica struggled with an eating disorder in her teens and when she’s under pressure to look good for a part, she can slip back into extreme behaviour.”
