Lawyer claims Britney spears used crystal meth and amphetamines

 

Britney Spears’ former best friend, Sam Lutfi is currently suing Britney’s parents and her conservators over alleged defamatory comments Lynne made about him in her autobiography.
Joseph Schleimer (Sam Lutfi’s lawyer) said in his opening statement that Sam, "was made a scapegoat for drug abuse and erratic behaviour of [Britney]."

He also alleged that the reason Britney shaved her head was to get rid of traces of the drug in her hair in case she was forced to take a drug test and that a drug-sniffing dog found crystal meth in Britney’s home.

The judge in charge of the case, Susan Bruguera told the lawyer that he needed evidence to prove his statements. “Everything you say, you have to be able to back it up. You can’t waste time on statements just thrown in the air. Everything has to have evidence.”

Remember these are just allegations at the moment. The defence will be giving their opening statements today and we will keep you updated.

Cheryl Cole and Tre Holloway party in Newcastle

 

Cheryl and Tre got a proper Geordie welcome in Newcastle last night as they closed the final night of Cheryl’s two week tour. After the gig Cheryl took Tre back to a party to celebrate and to officially meet her folks for the first time. Yikes!

Cheryl invited 50 of her closest friends including Joe McElderry and Wretch 32 to Bar Livello to celebrate the end of her first solo tour.

A source told the Mirror: “It was an amazing party, just all the people Cheryl cares most about around her on a really important night to her.

“She was up on the dancefloor and dancing to her tour DJ, DJ Dubz, who was playing loads of Rihanna, which she was loving, and he also dropped some of her tracks too.

“At one point, all her dancers took over the dancefloor and started a big dance off – Cheryl was cracking up watching it.”

It also sounds like Tre was a hit, the source went on to say: “Tre was happily chatting with Cheryl’s friends and family.

"Although he was by Cheryl’s side for most of the night, he was a big hit with everyone, he fitted right in.

“She looked so happy. It’s a big deal for Cheryl to let someone in like that, and the fact that he got on so well with all her family really means something to her.”

Aww, bless. We wonder if Cheryl is excited as we are about the big Girls Aloud announcement today?

Video: Fergie talks to Oprah about the rumours of Josh Duhamel cheating with strippers

 

Fergie has taken some time to address the rumours that her husband, Josh Duhamel had a fling with a stripper less than a year after they first got married in 2009.

The Black Eyed Peas superstar sat down for a frank interview with Oprah and we’ve got a clip from it.

In the video Oprah asks if it was tough Fergie says, ”Definitely. When you go through difficult times, it really makes you stronger as a unit, as a partnership… it does for us, anyway. Our love today is a deeper love.”

“We’re stronger today because of anything difficult that’s happened with us. We deal it. We communicate. Communicating is the most important thing.”

Annoyingly the video clip ends just as Oprah asks Fergie if she ever thought of breaking up with Josh, so we’ll have to wait until the full show is aired to find out. Curses!
