The couple recently got back together after Kristen’s affair with the Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders came to light. The couple were seen leaving the Sayer’s club, jumping into a waiting car and hiding their faces from the paps.

The Twilight stars have been kept apart recently due to the promotional schedule for the trilogy's next installment, Breaking Dawn: Part Two, so some quality time was most definitely needed.
K-Stew has been in Japan whilst R-Pattz was in Australia all this last week. However, the distance shouldn’t go on forever as the pair will be staying together as they both come to the UK for the European leg of the tour.
A long way to go?
Despite their apparent happiness though, it is rumoured that the couple have yet to restore all the trust in their relationship.
A source alleged that it was going to take a long time for them to get back to the place they were at before the affair was revealed.
