We can all agree Jessica Ennis is the best, right? Jessica Ennis is the best. She can do seven entire track and field events to an international standard while, to compare and contrast, we occasionally get very gravely injured just getting out of bed. She is also really lovely, so, on the whole, we’re happy to say she is pretty much the best. Good work, Jessica.

So watch as she graces the red carpet at last night’s Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards, talking fashion (likes it), Strictly Come Dancing (she is backing Victoria Pendleton, Louis Smith and Michael Vaughn, or ‘pretty much everyone’) and then wait for that one perfect moment around the 31-second mark when, when asked who the most inspirational woman of 2012 has been, Jessica struggles against herself not to just shout “ME!”, not to rip her dress open to the abs and shout “I AM.”
