We are officially labelling the week between Christmas and New Year as 'Davina McCall Week', seeing as it is at this exact moment each and every year that we stare into the reflective abyss of an empty tin of Quality St. and then immediately go and buy one of The Big D's fitness DVDs. This year is it Davina: Intense. It's pretty intense.
Anyway, to celebrate Davina McCall Week this year, let's hear what advice Davina has for the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton ahead of the Royal Baby expected in 2013 "Imagine weeing a watermelon," said Davina. "It's that bad." Gosh, Davina. Crikey. Too intense.

INTENSE
Speaking to The Sunday People, mum-of-three Davina has decided to put everyone ever off childbirth, forever. And ever.
"It's like weeing a watermelon, it's that bad," she said, just to recap. "It is whether you have fear involved. If you do, it will be more painful. My babies just got bigger and bigger. There was no easy way out." WELL, OKAY THEN. Let's just hope Kate Middleton, currently relaxing with her family in Berkshire, doesn't read The Sunday People. Or, for that matter, heat. Or basically anything at all, until the baby is born.
