James Arthur and Caroline Flack have both hinted at fancying the pants off one another and last night the pair spent four hours together on a night out at a posh private member’s club.
The pair were spotted by heat at London’s Groucho Club looking very close indeed on Thursday 13 December.
For a short while they were joined by a pal of Caroline’s but for the majority of the night they spent the time alone.
Our source said: “James was staring at Caroline really intensely all night, he couldn’t take his eyes off her.
“A few people interrupted them to congratulate James – in fact at one point someone brought over a pair of massive y-fronts to sign which made them both laugh – but more or less they were left alone.
“They were drinking champagne and cocktails.”
Caroline, 33, who dated former X Factor contestant Harry Styles this time last year, has spoken about finding James “very charming”.
She has said: “He has this way of making you touch your hair and go all girly when he gives you compliments.
“He’s just very charming.
“And he is like that with a lot of girls! I don’t think it’s just me, because he’s very good at it.”
James, 24, has previously made Caroline blush on Xtra Factor by asking her out on a date.
