One half of Haylor (the Taylor Swift half) has revealed that she ruddy loves a “bad boy”…
Don’t we all Taylor, don’t we all… especially if said “bad boy” comes in the 18-year-old package that is Mr Harry Styles.
The singer told Cosmopolitan magazine: "I don't know. I think that idea of love I hope for is that you learn a lesson and you don't have to learn it twice.
"But the song 'I Knew You Were Trouble' is about when I knowingly made the same mistake twice.
"I couldn't resist it - there's that temptation to push yourself into a risky situation with someone who is going to hurt you, and that's what that song is about: not trusting your own instincts and ignoring all the red flags."
She went on (while staring out of a rain-drenched window dreaming of Harry Styles - okay that’s just us): "I don't know how to make relationships last. I've never had a really long relationship, so I have no idea what that's like. Wish me luck for the future!
GOOD LUCK FOR THE FUTURE MR & MRS HAYLOR.
"I really don't have any rules about dating when it comes to height, age, career choice [*cough One Direction cough*], anything like that. It doesn't matter. It's really more about strength of character. When it comes to age I've been all over the map!"
Err, no comment.
Granted, Taylor Swift may have been talking about any number of her ex-boyfriends – Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Conor Kennedy, Cory Monteith (and breathe) Eddie Redmayne or Zac Efron.
But - as she’s currently stepping out with one One Direction star Harry Styles - we’d prefer to think that she’s talking about him.
That way, we have yet another excuse to stare at *new* pictures of the most exciting partnership in pop, since, err, Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan.
Or something more modern.
And Harry Styles? If you’re worried that Taylor Swift’s going to pen a song about you if things go Pete Tong? Don't be, she revealed to Cosmopolitan: "I put details in my songs but never first and last names, and I definitely don't include social security numbers!"
That’ll make him feel, err, socially secure then.
Harry Styles has had his fair share of celebrity exes too - see the list in full here, add youself to the end if you like. Oh, and have a look at Harry styling out the walk of shame with this celebrity gallery too. It funny.
