We always said it, we always said it would happen. "Lauren Goodger," we used to say, taking her hand in ours, dabbing the tears away from her eyes. "Your love of make-up and glamour will get you in trouble one day." And we were right, look. The star's odds to win the upcoming season of Dancing On Ice have tumbled after comments Lauren made about her love of make-up and glamour.

Glamour
"I love it," Lauren said at this week's DOI launch party. "I love all the glitz, the glam, the colour, the hair, the make-up, the tans. This is the best bit for me, being sexy." Yes, but what about the skating, Lauren? What about that? Lauren looks up towards the ceiling, misty-eyed and nostalgic. "The little outfits…" she murmurs.
Which sort of makes bookies think Lauren isn't taking the competition as seriously as she is taking the little outfits, slashing as they have her odds to win to 25/1, or 'the same as Keith Chegwin'. Basically Lauren is the new Cheggers now.
Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle (9/4) is favourite to win the show, with yoghurt-loving soap star Matt Lapinskas (7/2) and complicated lovelife haver Samia Ghadie (9/2) close behind.
