With a career that involves jetting around the world, rehearsals and promotional tours, life is pretty busy for Little Mix.
But somehow Perrie Edwards still finds time at the end of the day to catch up with her One Direction boyfriend Zayn Malik.
Perrie told US magazine Seventeen: “We talk to each other every day whether on the phone or Skype.
“I think keeping each other updated on what's going on and having something to talk about is the main key. I always save my funny stories to tell him!”
The singer also revealed that despite how popular they’re both becoming, they like to do normal things together.
"When it comes to dates, I just like going to the cinema or having a night in. I can't stand fancy restaurant meals because I just get embarrassed because I'll get food all over myself.
"Things like bowling, shopping, or going to the park are less awkward.”
The interview comes as Perrie and her Little Mix pals Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Jesy Nelson promote the release of their new album DNA over in America.
They hope to follow in the footsteps of The Wanted and One Direction by breaking into the lucrative US market, something many UK bands have failed to do.
