Zayn Malik looked all smiles when he reported for duty at One Direction's Japanese press conference. But underneath he was hiding a big secret…no, not that he knew his hair looked quite rubbish…that he was feeling pretty peaky.
After answering questions with his bandmates Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, he walked off stage so he could do a little sick. A source said: "He had been rubbing his tummy throughout proceedings, then suddenly, he took a deep breath and dashed off stage because he felt so unwell."
"The others were all looking around concerned for a while, then Niall checked with management to see if he was okay."
The source, speaking to The Mirror, added: "They moved up to take his seat away so it didn't look too weird, while Zayn went back to his hotel to recover."

Poor Zayn! Apparently it might have very possibly been a self-inflicted sickness, because the boys had been at a karaoke bar the night before.
An insider told The Sun: "The boys had a bit of a late one on their first night. It's their first time in Japan and they were excited to be somewhere new. They made the most of the local drinks to get over their jet lag but were suffering during the press conference."
