Beyoncé and Jay Z visited her home town of Houston yesterday to watch the NBA All-Star basketball game.
The game sees the league’s best players competing against each other in an East-West play-off.
Big names taking part included Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard and LeBron James. The game also featured Brook Lopez, who plays for Jay Z’s Brooklyn Nets team.
The Halo singer, whose documentary Life Is But A Dream aired the previous evening, looked excited to be in Texas where she attended basketball legend Michael Jordan's 50th birthday bash at Club Nox with her husband the previous night.
Tensions between singers Drake and Chris Brown have clearly not reached as far as Rihanna’s boss Jay Z, as Drake was seen jokingly serving drinks to Bey and her husband.
Alicia Keys, who performed at halftime, was also in the front row, alongside rapper husband Swizz Beatz and their adorable 2-year-old son Egypt. The Girl On Fire singer was seen speaking to Beyoncé and Jay Z, who seemed quite taken with Egypt.
Beyoncé recently admitted to Oprah that she is considering having a second child after her next tour. The 31-year-old spoke to the talk show host about her love of motherhood, saying:
“It's what I’m most proud of and it just made everything make sense to me. I couldn’t imagine my life if I did not have my daughter.”
The hard-working superstar added:
“I definitely want another child but it was also important for me to do what I love and I love to perform. I love to make music so I wanted to have my daughter. Maybe after the next tour I’ll have another baby.”
