Britney’s mystery man is revealed. And her puppy breaks its leg.(Unrelated)

Britney Spears broke off her engagement to fiancé of 1 year, manager Jason Trawick, only a month ago but seems to be moving on swiftly.

The Oops I Did It Again singer was spotted enjoying sushi with a mystery man on Valentine’s Day. According to reports, her new love interest is a field researcher for a law firm and is called ‘Dave’. That's original.

It looks like Britney is slowly moving down the boyfriend-fame-scale, going from pop star Justin Timberlake, to backing dancer Kevin Federline, to  her manger, to.. Dave.

The 31-year-old (singer) recently fended off accusations that she didn't sing on her collaboration Scream And Shout. Following a comment from rapper Eve, that seemed to imply Brit wasn’t responsible for the vocals on the song, Britney’s spokesperson hit back saying, “Britney sang the song. wanted her for this song and she sang on it.”

The Who’s That Girl rapper then quickly ‘clarified’ her comments, saying:

"I didn't say anything about her singing. I said something about her British accent. We know it's Britney Spears singing the song. I never said anything".

Brit clearly had other things to worry about, as she was seen yesterday taking her new pooch to the vet. The poor puppy, whose name has yet to be revealed, was pictured leaving with a Pink bandage around its paw. (Too many p letters in that sentence, perhaps the pet could be called peter piper for aesthetic purposes.)

Spears, who has had the pet less than a fortnight, took to Twitter to announce the ‘new arrival’ on February 8th, tweeting: “Say good morning to my new baby people”.
