OK, it’s not as glamorous as Cannes or as cool as Sundance, but I’m still pretty chuffed to be off to the Edinburgh Film Festival in a couple of hours – Heathrow Airport permitting. (Yes, I know, I should have taken the train. I’m a bad person.) The festival opens tonight with Jamie Bell’s new movie Hallam Foe (pictured above). He plays an obsessive misfit who scampers around the rooftops of Edinburgh spying on Sophia Myles having sex because she reminds him of his dead mother. The perv.
