The words "Disney family comedy" don't usually get us rushing to the cinema, but we're so glad we saw Enchanted. This fish-out-of-water culture clash comedy – about an old school cartoon princess exiled to a place where there are no happy ever afters, ie New York City – is going to be a ginormous hit when it opens in December. Amy Adams plays Giselle, who arrives from cartoon fairytale-land through a manhole cover into Times Square, and meets cute Patrick Dempsey from Grey's Anatomy. Our favourite bit is when she sings out to all the little woodland creatures to help her clean up his apartment, and swarms of rats, pigeons and cockroaches answer her call, as you might expect in Manhattan.
