Sadly, this isn’t going to do much for the nasty things men say about women drivers… Brooke Shields has revealed that she crashed her car into her own house, because one of her high heels got stuck under the accelerator. “I was wearing these fabulous sort of kick-ass platform patent heels,” said the actress (ooh, they do sound nice though, don’t they?). “I went to go put my foot on the brake, and I couldn't get my foot off the gas because the heel was completely wedged under. I slammed on what I thought was the brake, and it actually was the gas! I really did drive into my house and hit a pillar. I was fine. The pillar, of course, was removed – at which point I was like, we didn't really need that, that's just in the way.” Oh Brooke, maybe you should have kept this one to yourself?
