One of America's top forensics doctors has revealed that the current theory that Heath Ledger's death was caused by an accidental overdose of sleeping tablets is "unlikely". Dr Michael Baden said yesterday: "We don't see many deaths from the common sleeping pills. The pills generally have a large safety margin. You just don't take one extra pill and die." Yesterday's coroner's report on Heath's death was "inconclusive" - a new report will take about a week , according to sources.
