Ever since pictures emerged of Sienna Miller snuggling up to married oil heir Balthazar Getty in Italy, the actress has found herself at the centre of a storm of criticism. The star has been accused of being a "home wrecker" and public sympathy has largely been with Getty's wife Rosetta, who is said to be "devastated" about the affair. However, pals of the actress are now speaking out to defend their friend, and claim that there is no truth in the rumours that Sienna is to blame for the marriage ending. One source claims, "When Balthazar announced in July that he'd split up with Rosetta, he'd actually been sleeping on friend's sofas for six months. He was already separated from his wife." Sienna is said to be horrified over how she has been portrayed, and only spent a few days in the UK last month before fleeing back to America. The friend went on to say, "Please, Sienna and he are in love. She's been hanging out with his family and everyone knows about her and accepts her." The pal also alleges that Sienna's mum and Balthazar's mum were even in Italy with the couple when the snaps were taken. "It's just annoying that all this misinformation is out there," the friend went on, "There's no way she [Sienna] would ever get involved with a married man." At the moment, neither Sienna, Balthazar or his wife Rosetta have commented on what has been going on, so it's difficult to know exactly who is telling the truth. What do you lot think?
