Some lucky ladies are blessed with pert boobs that look fabulous in a strapless dress, but some, erm, are not. Case in point, Ms Rumer Willis, who stepped out for a spot of retail therapy in New York yesterday wearing this unflattering outfit. Not only does this dreary, grey, button-through dress show off Rumer's unfortunate tan lines, but it just does NOTHING for her shape. The actress is hiding a fab figure under all that weird layering, and we can't understand why. Plus, while we're on the subject, what the hell is that black band around her arm? And is that one fingerless glove we spy? She's done well with the bag, shades and bright pumps, but the other accessories really let her down – especially that weird string-like necklace which only serves to draw attention to her droopy cleavage. Only a few days ago, we saw pics of Rumer looking totally amazing in an LBD and we really thought she'd turned a fashion corner...until now.
