As far from her usual, glam red-carpet image as she's ever been, Gwyneth Paltrow allowed the cameras to witness her gruelling two-hour work out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. According to the actress, doing SIX of these two-hour workouts EVERY week was the only way to shed the weight she put on while pregnant with baby Moses. We're having sympathy pains just looking at these pictures. We can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be. As well as poaching her pal Madonna's personal trainer when she hooked up with Tracy, Gwynnie also told Oprah Winfrey that Madge had helped her loads. "She is one of the most caring women and also a very tough woman," Gwyn explained, "She's given me a lot of great advice, she really helped me out of my post natal depression." We have a lot of respect for Gwyneth after seeing these pics, but it also confirms to us what we always thought: the gym is a scary and painful place...
