You’ve got to admire actors who totally mess up their good looks all for the sake of their “art”. Jude Law has bravely acquired an alarming moustache for his role of Dr Watson in the new film about Sherlock Holmes – and he must be feeling pretty proud of himself, because you may remember that only a couple of weeks ago he seemed to be struggling to grow the thing. He definitely makes a convincing Victorian gentleman, but suddenly our desire to kiss him has subsided – just imagine the rash!
