It’s the story that will simply never, ever die – but now Brad Pitt is doing his best to end speculation about exactly when he and Angelina Jolie got together. In a new interview with W magazine (and just take a look at the cover – yep, he’s still sexy, but he’s starting to show his age, isn’t he?), Brad defends Ange, and says that he didn’t necessarily cheat on Jennifer Aniston with her. “What people don't understand is that we filmed for a year,” he says. “We were still filming after Jen and I split up. Even then it doesn't mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn't. I'm very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful." Brad also stuck up for Jennifer, despite her recent barbed comments about the whole hoo-ha. “Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart," he says. "I think she got dragged into that one, and then there's a second round to all that Angie versus Jen. It's so created. We still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers.” So, will this be the last we hear of it all? Somehow we doubt it…
