Much has been made of the fact that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston both have films out at the same time, and they’ve both been working very hard to promote them. Jen’s given a zillion interviews about her dating past to coincide with the release of He’s Just Not That Into You, while Brad is way more in our faces than usual (sadly, it’s not his groin that’s in our faces though… ooh, sorry, we got a bit carried away there – and pre-watershed too!) just as The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button has hit cinemas. Anyway, the latest UK box-office figures have just been slapped onto our desk, and we can reveal that Brad is winning the race – just. In its opening weekend, Benjamin Button took £2,213,495, while He’s Just Not That Into You took £1913,452 – however, Brad’s film is showing at slightly more screens than Jen’s.
