Kate Beckinsale might have been in a few exceedingly bad films, but never let it be said that she doesn’t lead a glamorous life – the actress is getting a Pot Noodle named after her! When Kate attended Elton John’s Oscars party t’other night, she remarked that she was “hoping for a Pot Noodle and a cup of tea.” And it seems those people at Pot Noodle HQ are a kindly bunch – well, either that or they sniffed out a great publicity opportunity – as they’ve now announced that they’re bringing out a special Kate-inspired flavour. ““We’re always on the look-out for ideas for new flavours, so when Ms Beckinsale announced her love for Pot Noodles, we just had to make one in her honour,” says Pot Noodle Flavour Development Manager (yes, that’s a real job) Grahame Walker. “Steak & Beckinsale is just like Kate – classically British and a tasty little number.” Steak and Beckinsale?
